🔌 One-time setup needed

This deployment isn't connected to a database yet — public/js/config.js hasn't been generated.

Copy .env.example to .env in the project root.
Fill in the real values from Firebase console → ⚙ Project settings → General → "Your apps" → web app → SDK setup and configuration.
Run node scripts/build-config.js — this generates public/js/config.js from your .env.
Deploy/refresh the public/ folder on your server.
